Created for those who treasure the unique, high-powered glamour only to be found in artisan one of a kind pieces. Our creations feature detailed and intricate collages or mixes of antique, vintage and new components. The focus of this set is the luminescent green Lucite drops accented by sparkling glass rhinestones. The necklace adjusts from 16 to 18" with the additional drops of  3" long. The matching earrings are 3 3/4" long.

It is signed by artist designer Keith Coulter.
