This elegant sterling cigarette case is decorated with flowing leaves and flowers in repousse. There are no monograms, it is curved to fit a breast pocket. The hinge and clasp are both in very good working order. The interior is done in vermeil. The case has light scratches that will buff out and minor shallow denting, as appropriate with its age. The hallmark is unknown but likely for an American jeweler. Circa 1900 Marked Sterling. The hallmark is a geometric fish shape.It measures 3 1/4 x 3 1/4".
