This stunning antique Chinese shallow porcelain bowl shows a very superior artistry, with delicate, minute details and shading. The chrysanthemums and leaves were created in dimensional enameling. The lid and bowl are both marked. It measures 6 1/8 x 1 ¾” deep x 3 5/8”. When you hold the fine porcelain piece to the light and you can almost see through it. There is a tiny (1mm) chip on rim of the lid and a hairline that has been stabilized with reversible glue. Circa 1890
