Fabulous & beautiful, likely early 1900s tole painting of a lush cabbage roses and hydrangeas on a green background. It is painted on a elegant shaped poster-board weight backing ready to frame. These were purchased in Paris in the 1950s, other than that we're not sure exactly when and where they were created. It measures about 14 1/2 by 21." It is in very good vintage condition overall with some light scuff marks, and a creased area (see photo) but these signs of age just add to its old world charm.
