Sparkling brightly, this Bride's Basket is pressed and wheel cut glass. The caning pattern is pressed while the centers are cut in a grid pattern. The large flower petals and the dainty leaves are cut. It looks fantastic with a bouquet of tulips or lilac. This piece is circa 1930 and is in excellent condition with a tiny chip on the underneath side of the rim (very difficult to see, but you can feel it). There is also the to-be-expected light scuffing on the bottom. Along the edge you can see and feel where the glass crimper or mould left it's mark. It measures 6'' X 10 1/4'' X 14 1/2'' high.
